MANUEL NOMAD STUDIO

What does this training offer?
This training is not a personal method;
it is the transmission of a lineage-based system with solid roots.
It provides a stable foundation for those working with the body;
from complete beginners to experienced practitioners
who want to structure their practice and clarify its effect.
It offers a shared and sustainable ground
for learning, practicing, and deepening bodywork.
Approach
Thai Yoga Massage is not treated as a collection of techniques here,
but as a living relationship established with the body.
Touch is shaped by attention, timing, listening, and presence.
Roots / Lineage
This work is based on a lineage approach
that has been tested over years,
across different bodies and contexts.
The knowledge is preserved not through personal interpretation,
but through direct transmission and embodied practice.
Why do we need massage?
Massage is not something done to the body.
It is a conscious form of contact established with the body.
This contact creates space for the body's signals
to be heard without haste or interference.
It gently invites the body
back toward its own natural order and balance.
Language of practice
Movement and stillness work together.
The direction of the work changes
according to the body's needs.
The aim is not to do something to the body,
but to clearly perceive the response the body gives.
What does it offer in practice?
For beginners: a safe and grounded foundation.
For body therapists: an effective, clear, and consistent base
for building sessions.
