Dosha Mobility is a personalized mobility and stretching practice structured according to Ayurvedic body types: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

Aim:

To increase joint mobility while respecting individual imbalances, support the muscle–fascia system,

and create a more balanced movement capacity in the body.

Practice:

Progresses in a gentle, fluid, and controlled way; tempo and intensity are adjusted according to individual needs.
