This training is designed to place Thai Yoga Massage practice
on a solid and sustainable foundation.
The focus is not on memorizing positions or moving through fast sequences,
but on understanding body mechanics, the quality of touch,
and the logic behind the practice.
During the training, participants:
• Learn the fundamental principles and approach of Thai Yoga Massage
• Work with body mechanics that support safe and efficient use of the practitioner's own body
• Experience concepts of direction, weight transfer, and rhythm during touch
• Practice basic passive yoga postures and transitions within safe boundaries
• Integrate the relationship between breath, tempo, and attention into practice
• Learn to read both their own body and the receiver's body during application
The training offers a step-by-step, structured process
where theory and practice progress in balance.
